Note to Homeowner!
• Excel services are only available to existing Pool Town customers.
• BEFORE: In order to avoid additional labor charges, all water and leaves must be removed from your cover before our service technicians arrive for your scheduled opening.
• DURING: We will need unobstructed access to outside water and electric outlets. Make sure that your circuit breaker for electric is turned on from inside your house. Also, all pool equipment to be reinstalled must be out at poolside. Water level should be to the middle of the skimmer for system startup.
• AFTER: Your pool needs to run continuously after we are done until the water is clear. Please keep an eye on the pressure gauge and do backwash as needed. Some pools will require additional daily dosing of shock. Take a water sample to our store for accurate testing and chemical balance. Proper water balance is essential for liner and heater longevity, as well as minimizing the need for sanitizing chemicals.
